Porcelain types are the newest "in vogue" garlic varieties. We must admit, they are one of our favorites to grow on the farm. They feature routinely large, satiny white elongated bulbs with pinkish clove wrappers that are ever so pretty. Cloves are BIG and not numerous, usually 5-8 per bulb. They are extremely vigourous in our PacNW climate, producing LARGE plants. Flavorwise? These girls produce amazing roasting varieties, with rich true garlicky flavor and an amazing butter-like texture. A garlic to write home about...

**** Vostani. Very rare variety from immigrants to British Columbia. The earliest Porcelain we grow with short, stout plants. Mild and creamy baked.
